INSTRUCTIONS FOR FEE PAYMENT
- The parent should ensure that the Fees of his/her ward is deposited between 1st to 15th of every Month.
- Fee must be deposited at School Office/online/bank till the 15th of every Month or with a late fee of Rs. 200/- by Cash only in office hours in the school office.
- Cheque/Draft should be made in favour of "The Mothers Pride School" Kindly write the Name, Adm. No, Class & Section of the child on the back of the Cheque while depositing.
- The Date of clearance of the Cheque/Draft will be treated as date of payment provided the Cheque is not dishonoured.
- If the Cheque is dishonoured, the fee will have to be deposited in cash along with Cheque return charges of Rs. 300/- in the school during school hours.
- In case of non-payment of monthly fees within the last date as mentioned above, a fine of Rs. 200/- will be charged monthly upto a maximum of three Month from the last date of payment of fee. If the fees remains unpaid beyond three Month, the name of the student will be struck off school register/rolls and will be readmitted on the merits of the case at the sole discretion of the Principal and on payment of all arrears and a readmission fee of Rs. 2000.
- Fees of the whole Term is payable in case a student is withdrawn in mid Term. No reduction or remission of fee may be claimed on account of vacation, holidays or continued absence through illness or any other reason. Fee once paid is non-refundable.
