This is a co-educational institution. The policy of first come first servedĀ is followed. The School is open for students without any discrimination. Admission is granted purely on merit basis. Recommendation and pressure tactics of any kind disqualifies the candidates.
Students are admitted to Nursery class on completion of 3 plus years as on 1st April of the year of admission. For the higher classes add one year for each class.

REGISTRATION
The form should be obtained from the school office only. No photocopy of the form will be accepted. No exchange of forms is permitted.
The duly filled forms should be submitted to the school office within 3 days of obtaining the forms, with the following documents.
Birth certificate and Aadhar Card for class Pre Nursery to I(1st) and a Transfer certificate from classes II to IX.
4 Passport-size photographs of students.
2 Passport-size photographs of each parent.
- A recent photograph of the ward should be affixed on the form.
- An attested copy of the date of birth certificate from the Municipality or certificate from the hospital issued at the time of birth. Neither Affidavit nor Kundali of date of birth is acceptable.
- The interaction date and time are intimated at the time of submitting the duly filled forms. During the interaction no academic tests are held. Interaction is held for the understanding of the child and guardians.
- No pupil will be admitted without a transfer certificate from the last School attended and in no case shall a scholar be permitted to attend a class pending formal admission.
- A pupil joining School for the first time must produce satisfactory evidence of his date of birth as described under registration.
- In case of late admission of a pupil, the fee from the beginning of the first term shall be charged, unless otherwise permitted by the principal.
- Special attention must be paid to entering correctly the name and date of birth of the child. Subsequent changes in the date of birth or name will not be permitted.
- Once the admission is finalised, the parents can proceed for payment of fees.
- The fees once paid are not refundable.
Admission Rules
- The school session is from April to March.

Parents/Guardians seeking admission for their wards shall apply in the month of December with the prescribed registration fee.

An admission test is held in January every year to ascertain the grade to which a student may be admitted.

Only such candidates who have had their names registered in December will be eligible to sit for the admission test.

Admission test is compulsory for all candidates seeking fresh admission to school. No candidate will be admitted unless he/she has appeared in the test and qualified for the class to which admission is sought.

Parents/Guardians are instructed to fill-in the admission forms with utmost accuracy. No changes will be permitted thereafter, for any reason whatsoever.

The correct date of birth of the applicant should be supported with a proper certificate and it will not be changed later.

A transfer certificate will be required from the candidates coming from another school.

Parents should deposit all the documents required by the school within one week of admission
T.C/Expulsion Rules
- Before withdrawing a student from the school, a month's notice should be given or a month's fees in lieu of notice to be deposited.

No school leaving certificate will be issued unless requested in writing by the parents and all dues are cleared.

Any pupil failing two years in succession in the same class or failing twice in three consecutive years will have his/her name struck off the roll and will not continue in the school.

The Principal reserves the right to expel a student who fails to make satisfactory progress in his/her studies or whose conduct is in any way, detrimental to the discipline of the institution, for immorality, insubordination or contempt, without prior notice to the parents.

Not withstanding the contents of the prospectus the Principal may, at his discretion, ask parent at any time to take his ward out of the school.

Transfer/WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE
- Application for withdrawal of pupil must be signed by both the parents.
- A transfer certificate (T.C.) will not be issued until all the dues are cleared.
- A month's notice in writing is required before a pupil can be withdrawn. No, notice is accepted during the school vacation and in case of a withdrawal at this time; the fees must be paid up to the end of the quarter.
- In case the student. is withdrawn in the mid-session, Monthly dues will be paid till Sept / March as the case may be, Except on the ground of parent transfer provided that a photocopy of the transfer's order is submitted with the application for TC.
- If a student has attended the school even for a single day in the new session/term and then leaves the school. Admission fees will not be refunded except in transfer cases.
Note: The school management committee reserves the right to change/cancel/any rule or rules in the interest of the smooth functioning of the school.
