GENERAL GUIDELINES:-

It is compulsory for Parents and students to read all the general information given in the school diary.

Your ward is required to note down the day-to-day class/homework throughout the year. And you are requested to keep a check on his/her work regularly.

You may be called upon by the Class Teacher or Subject Teachers of your ward to visit the School by a request made in the diary.

Parents are NOT allowed to visit the Classrooms or meet the teachers during School hours. Parents are not permitted to sit and note down any classwork or homework during School hours (If the child is present).

Private tuition is not encouraged. Parents must not engage teachers of the school as private tutors for their wards at all.

Students are required to reach the school at least 10 minutes before the school starts. The school gates will be closed as soon as the assembly starts and students will not be given entry after that.

English is the medium of instruction in our school. Therefore, it is compulsory for all students and teachers to use English Language for academic work as well as for conversation in the School premises (except in the Hindi class).

Parents are encouraged to provide their children maximum exposure to English, as far as possible by allowing only viewing of English TV channels, English Newspapers & as far as possible speaking in English at home also.

Escorts I card should be maintained and carried daily by the person authorized by the parents to drop and pickup the child.

Help your child to remember his/her home address and telephone number.

Please inform any change in the telephone number or address to the class teacher.

Give your child special jobs to do and praise him/her for the same, even if the job is not perfect e.g. setting the dining table putting things in place, packing their bags, changing their clothes, wearing shoes and tying laces etc.

"Value education does not happen naturally, you have to make it happen". We therefore will be initiating value-based activities to build up a sound value system. The reinforcement of the same could be done at home.

School management committee reserves the right to change/cancel/any rule or rules in the interest of the smooth functioning of the school.

CLASS RULES:-
- Students must come timely to school in a proper neat and clean uniform.

Always maintain silence and discipline in the class.

Keep the classroom clean and tidy.
-
Greet all the teachers and elders.
-
Throw all the waste material and always sharp your pencil in the dustbin.
-
Behave and co-operate with your classmates.
-
Bring napkin and sanitizers daily.
-
Raise your hands before asking question in the class.
-
Take permission before going and entering in the class.
-
Bring your notebooks and books according to the time table.
-
Converse in English as you all are studying in English medium school.
-
Must not complete the notes of other subjects during lecture.
-
If found disturbing the class students would be suspended for the following three lectures of that subject.

Assignments and Home Work must be completed on time.
-
Pay attention in the class as question may arise from the lecture and it would also help you to complete your assignment.

Student will be penalized if found guilty of breaking school furniture and littering here and there.

Communication must be in English amongst the students and the teachers.

Student found speaking in Hindi will have to write "I will not speak in Hindi" 50 times.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES REGARDING TRANSPORT
-
As you all know the school doesn't have any Transport facility of its own. So it's a private facility and the same is made clear at the time of admission.

As it's a Private facility so School doesn't get any benefit from transport whether it is financially or any direct or indirect sources.

The School only helps to maintain cordial relations between the Parents and the Transport Owners.

Please keep all the necessary records of your child's transport like Vehicle number, Driver's Name & Contact number, Owner's name & Contact number etc.
-
In case of any Transport related issue immediately contact the vehicle's owner and the same should be reported to the school authority also.
-
No child is to be picked on the route either by the parents or anyone else. Child will be picked and dropped at their pick & drop point only.

In case a parent is picking up the child from school, he/she has to inform to the concern driver and at the school gate.
-
School will not be held responsible for any mishap inside the transport or on the way.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES REGARDING CHILD SAFETY

No child will be allowed to leave the School premises during School hours. In case of emergency the parents have to give a written application to take the child home.

No child will be handed over without the Escort Card provided by the School.

Neither visitors nor Parents are allowed to click photographs inside the School premises.

Please do not send Tiffin during School hours as it is for your child's safety.

If the child is suffering from any kind of disease/physical disability, please submit the medical certificate.

We request you to follow the above-given instructions as it is for your child's safety, and we believe that child's safety is for-most important.

General Behaviour & Miscellaneous:-

Students should take special care of school property ie. furniture, computers etc. Strict action will be taken against students who damage the school property.

Parents & Guardians are requested to be courteous and never threaten/speak rudely to the school authorities, teachers and staff members. Any kind of insult, bad behaviour, or use of abusive language by parents/guardians will result in immediate cancellation of the admission of their ward, for which only the parents will be responsible.

No one is allowed to chew paans or gutka in the school campus as the campus is a tobacco-free zone.
-
Misuse of Mobile Phones, Cameras and other Electronic devices are strictly forbidden in the School campus.
-
Pupils suffering from contagious or infectious diseases will not be permitted in the school till a medical clearance is received from a licensed doctor.

For security reasons, Parents are not allowed to send Tiffin boxes through the guards or peons. Students must bring it with them when they come to school

Minor changes in daily routine can be made but it will be informed through Notices/SMS.

Duly filled I-Card with a stamp-size photograph is compulsory to be worn to the school every day.

In no way should students disfigure the walls of the school. Scribbling on the walls is strictly prohibited.

Running, playing or shouting inside the school building is strictly prohibited.
-
No student is expected to be in the classroom after school gets over.

All correspondence should be addressed to the Principal.
-
No student is allowed to leave the classroom without the permission of the teacher.
-
The school is not responsible for the goods lost by the students. They are advised not to bring expensive articles to school.

All students are expected to take an active part in all the co-curricular activities.
-
Smoking and chewing gums, gutkha, pan masala is strictly prohibited in the school premises.

Students should treat others respectfully and are responsible for others good name. calling nicknames spreading rumours etc. is strictly prohibited.

School diary should be brought to school daily and magazines, Newspapers, etc. are not to be brought to school.
-
No student is allowed to offer any gift (cash/kind) whatsoever to any teaching/non-teaching staff.
